Consiglieri Private Limited is evaluating two health systems strengthening (HSS) projects funded by ‘effect:hope: Integrated Leprosy Service through Strengthening Health System (ILHSS) and Community Level Health System Strengthening (CLHSS)’. These projects focus on improving the accessibility, quality, and sustainability of government leprosy services in Bangladesh. The main purpose of the evaluation is therefore to inform the next phase of planning for effect:hope funded HSS projects in Bangladesh, and to provide a clear path toward designing a joint logic model between the two projects in order to implement a consistent strategy in all districts.
The evaluation will be based on equity, accountability, and sustainability of the two projects. Additionally, Consiglieri will conduct a comparison between the two business models.
