Providing M&E Outsourcing support for the BFP-B projects

From the very beginning of our formation, we dreamed about introducing M&E outsourcing services to this region. We are pleased to announce that finally in 2017, we have started providing that service to the Bangladesh market.
Business Finance for the Poor in Bangladesh (BFP-B) is a five year programme funded by UK aid, implemented by the Bangladesh Bank (BB), and executed by the Bank and Financial Institutions Division (BFID) of the Ministry of Finance (MoF), Government of Bangladesh (GoB). Nathan Associates London Ltd, in consortium with its partner, Oxford Policy Management (OPM), is appointed as the management agency for the programme. The programme aims to promote innovative finance and financial services for micro and small enterprises (MSEs). It is designed to couple social and economic welfare objectives through a making markets work better for the poor (M4P) approach to increase access to finance for MSEs, especially those that are currently underserved by the formal financial sector.
Consiglieri has been contracted to provide the monitoring and evaluation services for the projects. The overall objective of the assignment is to formulate and execute effective monitoring and evaluation for overseeing and analysing the progress of the BFCF projects. CPL is assigned to Develop and implement the M&E framework and tools, Conduct the regular monitoring and reporting tasks and Design and conduct all the studies and assessments required for the projects.
