CCDB follows People’s Organization (PO) and Forum based Approach for its Comprehensive Poverty Reduction Program (CPRP) aiming livelihood and socio-economic development of the poor people. The strategy of CCDB includes empowering vulnerable people through community-based organizations, People's Managed Savings and Credit Program (PMSC). Consiglieri is assessing the approach according to its achievement and comparing it with other poverty reduction approaches used by the Government and other NGOs to seek out the scalability of the approach. The study is qualitative in nature including a findings dissemination workshop at the end.
