This baseline study found the current cultivation and sales practices and livelihood status of the targeted farmers (production and post-harvest management practices, input usage, sales practice, productivity, income, profitability, etc.). The study analyzed the potential positive change in case if the target group received better information services and emphasize portraying the correlation between information-seeking behavior of the target group and their associated performance. The study was based on a mixed method of data collection with 500 samples of survey.
