Comprehensive poverty reduction program (CPRP) is a flagship program initiated in 2007 and has been implemented in 14 districts with almost 50 thousand households. It was designed based on the Sustainable Livelihood Approach (SLA) which allows addressing poverty from different directions and ensures a synergic effect. Consiglieri was assigned to collect benchmark data of existing situation from selected forums as an institution, and Forum member’s household data against different indicators. The study applied a mixed method of data collection with a 2000 samples. ODK based data collection was conducted.
