Design and Implement M&E Plan for the Policy Component of ‘Business Finance for the Poor Bangladesh’

The purpose of the assignment is to develop a M&E framework for the Policy Component of BFP-B for assessing how the inputs of the policy component transform to outputs, outcome and impact and determine the indicators to measure how to achieve outcomes for policy changes on the policy environment, financial service providers and MSEs. Consiglieri (CPL) has deployed a number of M&E tools and framework to assess the impact of BFP-B’s activities in the policy ecosystem.
