As one of the prodigious market development projects, Katalyst worked in Bangladesh to develop market system for reducing poverty in rural and urban areas. In this regard, Katalyst wanted to leverage its work on Inclusive Market Development (IMD through sustainable market actors. Consiglieri was contracted as the co-facilitator to identify and implement the appropriate strategies to achieve this goal. Consiglieri supported improving the existing course curriculum of the selected agricultural universities and training centers and establishing an industry academia linkage between the agricultural universities and the relevant industry. CPL adopted an extensive approach for the intended co-facilitation.
