Period: November 2018 to December 2018
Swisscontact is implementing the project ASTHA (Achieving Sustainability Towards Healthcare Access) to develop Community Paramedics and contribute towards sustainable quality healthcare delivery at grassroots level. Swisscontact hired Consiglieri to perform the end-line assessment for measuring the impact of ASTHA project on the community paramedics and at the community level to know how much and what changes came in the health seeking behavior in the project areas. CPL adopted a comparative evaluation model with mixed method od data collection. DAC criteria were used for the evaluation.
