Profitable Opportunities for Food Security (PROOFS) is a four-year project focused on improving the household food and nutrition security through creating higher income opportunities and motivation to convert the additional income into nutrition value development, feeding practices for women of reproductive age, infants and young children and WASH (water, sanitation and hygiene) situation of rural households. Consiglieri conducted the end of project assessment to gauge the impacted change at the household level in terms of agricultural practices, income, and household food security and WASH status; whilst also assessing how PROOFS has influenced change in the wider market system. CPL employed both qualitative and quantitative method using DCED/DAC framework and control group comparison.
