This specific assignment was jointly designed with Katalyst to ensure knowledge dissemination on better cultivation technology and better input for the women fish and vegetable farmers of Bangladesh. The primary objective of this assignment was to work for Women’s Economic Empowerment through interventions with hatcheries/ NGOs/ agro chemical companies/ Govt. bodies for the inclusion of women farmers through market development initiatives and ensuring better knowledge and input for them. CPL facilitated female fish farmers training, developed video documentary on fish culture to encourage women fish farmers, facilitated hatcheries and CIGs in arranging trainings for women fish farmers and disseminate IEC material.
