Client: Ernst & Young LLP Period: September 2014 -October 2014 This was a performance audit done by Ernst & Young LLP (India) of The World Bank funded project which focuses the implementation services provided by the local NGOs for HIV prevention. CPL provided consultancy services under a subcontract with E&Y to perform the audit.
