The Embassy of Switzerland in Bangladesh is developing a multi-year programme named “Climate Action Platform for Impact and Transformation at Local Level (CAPITAL)” in collaboration with a consortium of Swiss NGOs. The specific objectives of this assignment are Validate existing baseline information provided by projects of consortium partners, Validate the attribution of target values of projects to the common CAPITAL log-frame, Compile baseline and tentative target values into the common CAPITAL log-frame and provide concise definitions of common CAPITAL indicators where not yet available.
