Consiglieri is assigned to design and deliver a three-day long training on Knowledge Management (KM) for the management team of “Reintegration of Migrant Workers in Bangladesh” project, which is supported by the Embassy of Switzerland. Through the training the project team wants to co-develop a KM strategy for the BRAC Migration Programme. HCD approaches are planned to be used throughout the assignment from TNA to deliver completion reports.
