Consiglieri conducted TNA, designed and delivered a four-day long training on Project Cycle Management (PCM) for the project field staff of “Reintegration of Migrant Workers in Bangladesh” project, which is supported by the Embassy of Switzerland. Following the training, Consiglieri submitted a completion report capturing insights, action plans, and recommendations for future capacity building. We used HCD approaches throughout the assignment.
