Consiglieri was hired to develop a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) and orient the management staff on that. We instrumented the HCD approach in identifying key improvement areas by deep diving into the workplace environment and investigating policies, procedures and practices. Based on the findings and joint workshops with the management, a comprehensive action plan was developed guiding the pathway from immediate to long-term actions.
