The overall objective of the PEEWF Project is to contribute to the workers’ empowerment process by enhancing skills and fostering relationships among related parties in the RMG and Ceramic sectors. Furthermore, the specific objective of the project is to make the management of RMG and Ceramics factories and other targeted stakeholders responsive and accountable for creating a worker-friendly environment and to build the capacity of the workers to make them able to analyze their problems within the workplace and household and take measures to address the problems. CPL conducted an Endline evaluation of the project adopting DAC criteria and applied quantitative survey with workers and qualitative interviews with factory management and other stakeholders.
