To reduce the rapidly increasing demand-supply gap of high-quality Jute seeds, AVC supported private input companies for the production and marketing of high and uniform quality jute seeds in 2015. In this regard, AVC contracted CPL to conduct a study to analyze the outcomes and impacts of the introduction of the new variety of jute seed in the 2016 March-May season.
