SWEEP is one of the PPP (Private Public Partnership) initiatives of WSUP having standard Faecal Sludge Management (FSM) agenda. In spite of offering numerous benefits over the conventional methods, the mechanized method (vacutag) of SWEEP has not yet been popular in the LICs (Low Income Communities) of Chattogram city. The study was qualitative in nature and CPL used HCD approach for the study. The outcome of the research is insights and ideas for developing marketing strategy and campaign design.
