Md. Aslam Parvez has over 22 years of experience in social research. He completed his Master’s degree in Sociology from National University in 1998. Besides gaining experience through working in the Development sector, he has also attended several training programs on M&E, sustainable development, gender issues, WASH, renewable energy, and etc. Aslam possesses excellent people management skills and applies it on qualitative data collection, supervision of research projects, monitoring project progress, supporting team members, organizing events, communicating with national and regional affiliates and personnel, and so on. He has in-depth and outstanding knowledge in different sectors like agriculture, health, nutrition, RMG and has already worked in numerous projects for well renowned organizations such as Advanced Chemical Industries (ACI), Agricultural Cooperative Development International and Volunteers in Overseas Cooperative Assistance (ACDI/VOCA), WorldFish Bangladesh, World Health Organization (WHO), Christian Commission for the Development of Bangladesh (CCDB), Palladium International Limited, Care Bangladesh, iDE Bangladesh, Swisscontact, SNV Netherlands, and KATALYST. Before joining Consiglieri Private Limited as Field Manager in 2015, Aslam was employed at Unnayan Shamannay, a center for research and development, as field coordinator for 17 years. With an innate interest on agro-based economy and native population and culture, he has a passion for getting the story behind the scenario. Aslam is very fond of roof-gardening in his leisure time.
