Loves to define himself as a simple human being with a bigger dream, hoping for a broadened blue sky, inhalable fresh air, and livable green earth. He has completed his Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Sylhet, Bangladesh. As a research enthusiast, Khoirom prefers to explore the world from different perspectives with different lenses rather than being a celebrated Civil Engineer. He loves to critically engage with dominant discourses and rhetoric and tries to understand the fine line between just and unjust. As a keen learner, he is experiencing new things and trying to deconstruct himself ceaselessly.
In December 2019, Khoirom started his professional journey with Consiglieri Private Limited as a Project Officer of the SUDOKKHO project. Currently, he is working with Consiglieri as a Research Associate and aspires to continue his professional journey as a fervent researcher. Khoirom has previous experiences of conducting research work in masonry innovations and has an international publication. His interested research areas include (but not limited to) Eco-friendly & Green Construction Materials, Earthquake Prediction & Evaluation, Environmental Monitoring & Pollution Control, Decolonized Urban Planning, Climate Change. In his leisure time, Khoirom loves to be engrossed in books and movies. He enjoys traveling, though he is not a passionate traveler.
