Santa Sarmin is a young and enthusiastic professional. She has a passion for economic and social research aiming to contribute to the development of the community, nation and global causes. She has inaugurated her career in the development sector by working at Consiglieri Private Limited, and she thinks it is a great place to learn and flourish. Currently, she is working as senior research associate contributing in Consiglieri’s research work, proposal writing, study design, tool development and report writing. She has completed her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Khulna University and Master’s degree in Environmental Economics from Dhaka School of Economics. She has two publications in different international journals and aims to carry on her career with socio-economic research. Her area of interest for research includes agriculture, environment, and gender. She loves to travel and learn about different cultures of different communities.
