Shibaji Roy is an international consultant on monitoring and results measurement, specialized in development projects working in M4P, Private Sector Development, Agricultural sectors, SME development, Women Economic Empowerment, Access to Finance, Public Health, TVET, Migration and Humanitarian Aid. Shibaji has supported major M4P projects working for private sector development and poverty alleviation in different countries including Bangladesh, Nepal, Indonesia, Ethiopia, Uganda, Fiji, Solomon Islands and Nigeria funded by all the major donor agencies. Shibaji has worked for most of the prominent implementing agencies including DAI, Palladium, Swisscontact, ITAD, Care, Nathan Associates, MSI, ASI, Landell Mills, Niras, WorldFish, Coffey International, iDE, BSR, ACF, ACDI/VOCA among others. He is supporting M4P projects around the globe to align them with the DCED standard, follow the best practices for monitoring and results measurement and prepare for the audit. He has performed a variety of evaluations including Mid-term assessments and final evaluations of different private sector development projects.
