Conducting FBA Assessment for PROSHAR Project in Bangladesh

Consiglieri Private Limited conducted the FBA assessment of PROSHAR project where the main issue to be verified was the sustainability of the project promoted FBA model for the farmers groups. Another important aspect of this assessment was to rank the Farm Business Advisors based on their performance and suggest the proper exit strategy for the project.
