The Program for Strengthening Household Access to Resources (PROSHAR) is a partnership between International Development Enterprises (iDE), ACDI-VOCA and is funded by USAID. The project seeks to sustainably raise agricultural productivity and promote effective market linkages to increase the income of poor rural households in the south of Bangladesh.Consiglieri has been contracted for conducting the end line evaluation of the project. In the end line evaluation, the main target is to measure the impact of the activities undertaken by the project and also to assess the sustainability of the initiatives taken by the project.
