Project Description
This is a need assessment to identify key challenges and opportunities for women’s leadership and advancement programs in RMG supply chains in India and Bangladesh, and build a common understanding of the concept ‘Women’s Leadership & Advancement’ amongst RMG workers and factory managers. The project has appointed Consiglieri for the Bangladesh part of the assessment.
The qualitative research employs design thinking methods (journey map, storytelling, mind mapping, bridge model, relative reason ranking) of data collection at community and RMG factory level in Dhaka and its periphery.
