Santa Sarmin is a motivated research and development professional with over seven years of hands‑on experience in socio‑economic research. She currently serves as Research Manager at Consiglieri Private Limited, leading mixed‑method study design, M&E framework development, data collection and analysis, and the production of high‑quality reports and communication materials for donors and private‑sector partners. Her work spans gender and social inclusion, climate and disaster risk, livelihoods, agriculture, sanitation, and RMG sector studies.
Santa holds an MSc in Environmental Economics from Dhaka School of Economics and a BSS in Economics from Khulna University, and she has published research in international journals. With Consiglieri, she has designed MEL frameworks, trained 200+ enumerators, developed IEC/BCC materials and training modules, and contributed to around 40 research assignments and 80+ proposals. Passionate about diverse culture, she enjoys learning from different communities through travel.
