Consiglieri is a Private Limited Company, registered in 2014 with its local address from the (RJSC) Registrar of Joint Stock Companies of Bangladesh. Consiglieri Private Limited is a separate legal entity and shareholders are not liable for the company’s debts beyond the amount of share capital. The company obtained its Trade License, TIN certificate, and VAT registration from the respective government offices and undergo an annual account auditing process and submit its annual audited accounts to the Bangladesh Income tax Authority.
