Understanding the needs and the ecosystem related to access to prevention and redressal of violence and harassment in the workplace in Bangladesh

To find out suitable waste to resource solutions within the urban context in Bangladesh using the treated faecal sludge, WSUP awarded this feasibility study to Consiglieri. Consiglieri is using SWOT, SWOR, SAT methods in analyzing and comparing solutions as well as grounded theory in conducting the relevant market research. Consiglieri is also responsible to develop business models for the most suitable solutions where Business Model Canvas will be used.

Endline Study for WEESMS programme

The “Women’s Economic Empowerment through Strengthening Market Systems (WEESMS) project is funded by the Embassy of Sweden and jointly implemented by iDE Bangladesh and The Asia Foundation. CPL has been hired to review the progress of the project against the established baseline for sector-specific, business growth, economic performance, decent work, gender equity and socio-economic indicators.

Assessment of the local market for hand hygiene products and services

Duration: September 2021- April 2022

UNICEF and WHO launched the global initiative Hand Hygiene for ALL (HH4A) in June 2020 to scale up the state of hand hygiene practices across the world. The main aim of the initiative is to foster hand hygiene for all at home, schools, health care centers, workplaces, transportation hubs, and public spaces. Consiglieri has been contracted to categorize and analyze the existing market of hand hygiene products, constraints and potential risks within the current products, as well as its potential opportunities and capabilities through the value chain analysis approach.

Conducting a Participants Based Survey (PABS) for setting baseline for Bangladesh Horticulture, Fruits, And Non-Food Crops Activity

The Feed the Future Bangladesh Horticulture, Fruits, and Non-food Crops Activity is funded by USAID and implemented by Chemonics International Inc. The activity will contribute to the Government of Bangladesh’s food security objective by increasing private sector capacity to increase productivity and production of quality horticulture, fruits, and non-food crops that meet international standards. Consiglieri Private Limited has been assigned to conduct a baseline study of the seven targeted crop market systems in the Feed the Future Bangladesh zone of influence and zone of resilience.

Baseline Survey of Bangladesh Livestock and Nutrition Activity

The purpose of the USAID-funded and ACDI/VOCA implemented Feed the Future Bangladesh Livestock and Nutrition Activity is to sustainably increase livestock productivity, marketability, and consumption of livestock products to enhance household nutrition and income.
