The Start Fund Bangladesh was a £10 million rapid emergency response pool fund set up by the Start Network with support from UK aid. Consiglieri provided the Start Fund Bangladesh comprehensive mentoring support as part of its capacity- building framework to strengthen the program quality and evidence management capacity of the local, national and international member NGOs of the fund. The team conducted five workshops. Core humanitarian standards, various data collection tools and methods, MEAL system development were among many subjects covered in these workshops.
