BSR (Business for Social Responsibility) was working with TBS (The Body Shop) and WOW (Work Opportunities for Women) to implement an intervention focusing on unpaid work and care with hemp mitt producers at Bagdha Enterprise in Barisal, Bangladesh. Consiglieri assisted BSR in conducting the scoping study at the preliminary level to understand the economic, social and work status of working women at Bagdha Enterprise. Consiglieri conducted interviews, participatory group discussions, and needs assessments. They also worked as a translator.
