Consiglieri private limited has been appointed to design and develop a sanitation business training manual in both Bangla and English for private sector service providers of FSM service chain. The aim of this manual is to equip and provide the private operators with the basic concepts of sanitation business planning which will be essential in focusing on emptying, transportation, and safe disposal components. The training manual includes a track plan for the business and marketing of FSM and its service delivery for demand creation. The Consiglieri team carried out consultation with key stakeholders such as SNV, DPHE, ITN-BUET, LGIs and private sector service providers. The modules were validated through a joint workshop with FSM network partners and representatives from LGIs and private sector.
