A diagram and flow chart of the production floor of a RMG factory in Bangladesh was created depicting graphically the potential for women’s advancement and leadership. Few interviews were conducted to understand the factory’s production floor positions. Also, a brochure was created and designed to share the findings from the participatory needs assessment conducted by Consiglieri. The brochure was shared to the participant factories and workers.
