This assignment was a capacity assessment for Dalit under Strengthening Advocacy Initiative for Dalit community (SAID) project. This organizational capacity assessment focused on the evaluation of Dalit’s program capacity in terms of advocacy and networking. Consiglieri used five components of OCA (Organizational Capacity Assessment) framework and SWOT analysis for this assessment. This was a qualitative study based on desk review, interviews, and group discussions.
