Nahidul Islam Rafi is a dedicated research professional with over four years of progressive experience in population sciences, public health, climate change and development research. As the Senior Research Associate – Data & Analytics at Consiglieri Private Limited, Nahidul directs the complete data lifecycle for sophisticated research and evaluation initiatives.

His expertise spans end-to-end research operations, including the design of digital data collection tools using ODK, KoboToolbox, and SurveyCTO, as well as statistical analysis utilizing STATA, SPSS, JASP, and R. Additionally, he possesses technical competencies in SQL, Python, and object-oriented programming, allowing him to manage complex datasets.

Throughout his career, Nahidul has contributed to impactful research projects across critical thematic areas such as climate change adaptation, food security, and maternal-child healthcare. He has collaborated with prestigious global and local institutions, including UNDP, UNCDF, Harvard Business School, WFP, Y-RISE, icddr,b, NIPORT and others. Nahidul holds both a Master of Social Science and a Bachelor of Social Science in Population Sciences from the University of Dhaka.
