The program aimed to promote innovative finance and financial
services for micro and small enterprises (MSEs). Consiglieri provided monitoring and evaluation services for the projects. The overall objective of the assignment was to formulate and execute effective monitoring and evaluation for overseeing and analyzing the progress of the BFCF projects. Consiglieri is assigned to develop and implement the M&E framework and tools, conduct regular monitoring and reporting tasks and design and conduct all the studies and assessments required for the projects. This evaluation adopted mixed method and 10,500 respondents were surveyed during the entire project and 720 respondents were considered for the qualitative analysis for the project.
