Care Bangladesh implemented the SDC-funded Shomoshti Project, which was mandated to ensure business and technical services to agriculture, agribusiness and home/cottage-based activities and create access to social services for 200,000 rural households of Bangladesh. Consiglieri provided M&E consultancy services to the project. Consiglieri supported Shomoshti in analytical design and developed special tools like the value for money (VfM) framework for the project.
