The objective of this study was to understand project achievements in relation to key indicators used/set in the log frame for reaching project objectives. Consiglieri conducted an Endline evaluation of the project adopting DAC criteria and applied a quantitative survey with workers and qualitative interviews with factory management and other stakeholders. 411 respondents were surveyed for the quantitative analysis and the responses from 28 respondents were recorded for qualitative analysis through IDIs, FGDs and KIIs.
