Consiglieri provided outsourced results measurement and reporting services, including analysis of multilayer data and developing holistic progress reports to Lal Teer for their Geodata Based Information Services for Small Farmers (GEOBIS) project and USAID Project Securing Water for Food. This evaluation was mostly quantitative, and survey was conducted on 562 respondents. The data collection areas were Rangpur, Lalmonirhat and Dinajpur districts.
