Consiglieri was commissioned by OXFAM to conduct a mid-term evaluation of the project to review the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability and impact of the project interventions. This qualitative study used OEC-DAC recommended evaluation guideline. The data was collected from 67 sample. The data collection regions were Jashore Sadar, Monirampur and Savar Upazila.. Consiglieri also conducted FGDs and KIIs for this study.
