The proposed team lead (Kamrul Hasan) developed modules and facilitated trainings to Dalit, one local organization, as a part of the OKP-TMT. As per the identified need of Dalit, separate trainings were designed and facilitated on Sustainable Business Approaches and Resource Mobilization followed by a series of coaching for the staffs of Dalit so that they can develop a sustainable business plan as well as financial management strategy.
