Consiglieri assessed CCDB’s People’s Organization (PO) and Forum-based Approach along with People’s Managed Savings and Credit Program (PMSC) according to its achievement and compared it with other poverty reduction approaches used by the Government and other NGOs to seek out the scalability of the approach. The study was qualitative in nature, including a findings dissemination workshop at the end.
