Consiglieri was responsible for coordinating the in-country group training activities as well as the Dutch experts in curriculum development to field implementation of the training for TMHMI (Tommy Miah’s Hospitality Management Institute) as a part of the Orange Knowledge Platform Tailor-Made Training (OKP-TMT). Consiglieri conducted the TNA, developed curriculum and facilitated training for the TMHMI team on business model canvas, financial planning, and business strategy development.
