Consiglieri was contracted to categorize and analyze the existing market of hand hygiene products, constraints and potential risks within the current products, as well as its potential opportunities and capabilities. It was a qualitative study using KAP approach, Springfield Center and DCED’s Systemic Change Measurement Guideline and DFID’s (at present FCDO) Toolbook for VCA toolsalue Chain Analysis. The study area was Dhaka, Chattogram, Khulna, Rangpur, and Sylhet.
