Consiglieri co-developed a concept note on appropriate capacity needs in increasing productivity and upholding Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) status of the apparel industry of Ethiopia. Based on the rapid assessment findings, Consiglieri developed a training module on Lean Manufacturing focusing the SMEs in the sector. Consiglieri facilitated 9-days long ToT for the Industrial Engineers recruited by GTS PLC and endorsed by Ethiopian Enterprise Development (EED). Reference link:
