The assignment involves creating innovative business models specifically designed for the municipal solid waste management scenario in Bangladesh. Consiglieri will analyze the current solid waste management practices in Bangladesh and identify successful international models. A Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RACI) and a financial flow mechanism will be adopted. The business model will be developed using the principles of the Business Model Canvas for social enterprises and Lean Canvas. Information will be gathered through 109 Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) and In-Depth Interviews (IDIs), field visits, and a validation workshop.
