Consiglieri conducted baseline survey on shrimp and prawn producers and following the KAP approach, it also collected baseline information from other market actors, including feed and seed manufacturers and sellers (input market actors), depots, traders, export agents, processors and buyers (output market actors) and regulatory actors (Trader Associations, public bodies, etc.) which helped Winrock in designing its final implementation strategies. This study adopted mixed method approach and a total of 400 respondents were surveyed. For the qualitative analysis, data was collected through FGDs and KIIs from Khulna, Satkhira, Jessore, Bagerhat and Cox’s Bazar.
