Consiglieri Private Limited conducted the lesson learned workshops, developed the research plan and tools, conducted the field investigation and developed the report. The core objective of the study was to prepare a comprehensive knowledge product considering the project’s success factors, challenges and gaps regarding institutionalization of VDOs, enterprise and value chain implementation. The lessons learned exercise helped the project to know its strengths and weaknesses and design the future course of action. This study was a qualitative one and Consiglieri used workshop, KII, IDI, FGD, intercepts and observation for data collection.
