Consiglieri conducted a community socio-economic profile and needs assessment as a key input to a new three-year strategic social investment program (SSIP) for communities adjacent to Chevron’s Bibiyana, Moulvibazar, and Jalalabad gas fields and Muchai Compressor Station in Sylhet (communities of interest). Consiglieri delivered enough information to support evidence- based recommendations about which social investment activities would be impactful in the near- (1-3 years) and mid- terms (4-7 years). Chevron Bangladesh used the Subcontractor’s report to determine social investment priorities, resource allocation, and SSIP design for 2020-2023 and establish a socio-economic baseline for future mid-term decisions.
