ASTHA focuses on ensuring quality affordable healthcare services in rural communities through capacity development of Community Paramedics and Community Paramedic Training Institutions. The project has hired Consiglieri to assess the attributable changes made by ASTHA in the lives of community members and Community Paramedics. Consiglieri is performing a comparative analysis to measure the systemic change and understand the project’s contributions, attributions, and sustainability and capture important learnings through the knowledge management approach. Consiglieri conducted interviews and 504 surveys with different stakeholders in the treatment and control areas to evaluate the project impact.
