Consiglieri undertook this action research to explore the correlation between the menstrual hygiene practice by the female workers of the ready-made garments industry and their productivity. The plan was to push the factory owners and other stakeholders to invest in promoting the proper menstrual hygiene practice to their female workers if any positive correlation is evident from this Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) study.
